Weight loss is key.

Sometimes you just need to let it go.

Okay, not that kind of weight but yea.  At some point in your life, something – be it a person, place, thing or even just a concept – will upset you very highly.  So highly that it permeates your thoughts and actions for extended periods of time.  These somethings can overwhelm and add extra burden to the already-hectic and heavily-yoked lives we lead.


It takes strength and courage to get rid of these somethings on our minds and in our hearts.  Sometimes more strength or courage than we even realise we have.  But at the end of the day, that weight needs to be lost somehow.  Through exercise, prayer, meditation, screaming from a mountaintop – however you relieve your mental strain.  One of the most important milestones in this life’s journey is weight loss – simply put, pushing emotional burden off your shoulders.  It’ll be the hardest to lose, but the best feeling to gain.
